For a correct meditation we can take any form or position you like that is the most comfortable for you.

In meditation, we’re learning how to pay attention to a single point between the brow, and noticing when the mind wanders from this task. This practice of returning to a single point between the brow builds the muscles of attention and mindfulness.

When we pay attention to our single point between the brow, we are learning how to return to, and remain in, the present moment—to anchor ourselves in the here and now on purpose, without judgment. becoming only the observer.

The idea behind mindfulness seems simple—the practice takes patience. Indeed, how quickly the mind gets caught up in other tasks. You are not your thoughts, and these can be very distracting. remain at the brow point and become the observer, and only the observer. you can literally watch your thoughts go by without you, proving you are not your thoughts.

Once you are able to remain at the brow as only the observer, after a little while you will start to see colors either swirling in to the center point of your brow or swirling out from this center point, once this occurs just remain observing only, next varying time(s) but you will start to receive imagery, or you may find yourself in a whole new realm of reality, there are many things in which can occur once connected, the swirling colors are the indication that you are getting connected.

It's important to remain calm and only the observer regardless of what might be occurring, there is plenty of time afterwards to analyze and during meditation is not the time.
